Getting started

Create your account and learn where everything lives on Sway.

Step group 1

Create your account

Sign up with your Ghana phone number, then verify with a one-time code.

    Open Sign up

    Choose Shop (buyer) or Sell (vendor intent). Enter your name, email, phone, and password.

    Verify with OTP

    We send a 6-digit code by SMS (and email when available). Enter it to finish creating your account.

  3. 3

    Sign in anytime

    Use your phone number and password. Social sign-in (Google/Facebook) is also available when enabled.

    Forgot password?

    Reset with a phone OTP, then set a new password.

    Shoppers can search products from the top bar. Your cart and account menu live on the right.
